We are committed to keeping you informed about ICS news, events, and ways to be involved and volunteer with PTSA. Please check our website, subscribe to and read the weekly newsletter, and attend the monthly parent meetings.

Monthly Parent Meetings

The PTSA holds monthly parent meetings. This is a great way to: Hear directly from the school principal about current concerns and upcoming events. Hear about upcoming PTSA events. Hear from an ASB (Associated Student Body) representatives about school club activities. Ask questions about PTSA income and expenses. Network with other parents. Ask questions!

ICS Newsletter

Subscribe to our email Newsletter to receive weekly announcements. If you need to post an announcement, refer to the submission instructions.  If you do not wish to subscribe to the weekly newsletter by email, registered members can always view archived newsletters on our website.

ICS PTSA Website

This website is focused on PTSA business. It explains all the committees and programs that PTSA supports, stores various forms you need, lists dates of meetings, and much more. Contact the webmasters with questions

ICS School Website

The ICS school website is linked in with the district’s TANDEM calendar system. You can use a filter to see school activities only at ICS, or at any of the schools your children attend.

Student Directories

One printed copy of the student directory is issued to each ICS family and staff member every year in October. It contains all faculty and staff contacts, student and family information, class lists, and PTSA officers and committee volunteers. A very handy guide!

This can be found in the “For Parents” section of the ICS school website. You must log into this area of the LWSD website to gain access your students grades, attendance and current Student/Family info the district has on file. Additionally, student lunch accounts can be managed from here.

ICS School will use SchoolMessenger to occasionally email targeted groups of parents. For instance, reminders to turn in forms, or upcoming testing dates may come to you as email.

In the case of an emergency or other time-sensitive material, the school or district will place a call to all families.
