Fundraising

Primary Source

In lieu of labor-intensive fundraising events, each family is asked to donate $200 per year.  You can make one payment or spread them out over the year.  Thank you very much!

Passive Fundraising

There are different ways you can support your school and help to raise money for ICS. Please consider doing one or all of them to support ICS.

1. Box Tops
Parents and students can collect Box Tops for Education found on many packaged foods, like cereal boxes, or household items, like tissue boxes, etc. Bring the collected Box Tops to the PTSA room; there is a designated collection box on the counter. Two or three times a year collected Box Tops are sent out for deposit on the ICS account.

2. Bartell Drugs 'B' Caring Card
Register at any Bartell Drugs for this program. Just mention at register that you would like to sign up for a 'B' Caring Card. Then use the member card any time you shop at Bartell's, and Bartell will make a donation to ICS based on your sale total.

3. Red Robin
Red Robin will donate 1% of your check back to schools. All you need is a Red Robin loyalty card.  Be sure to select International Community School as your school. To donate, you just need to show your card when you eat at Red Robin.

Employer Matching Programs

Double Your Contributions
Some employers provide matching funds for the contributions families make to their schools, and in our case, that would be ICS PTSA.  These matching funds are a substantial part of our funding.

Volunteer Hours May Count As Well As Dollars
Some employers provide matching funds for financial contributions and some will also match volunteer hours worked for ICS.  We encourage you to take the appropriate steps to ensure that PTSA receives any eligible funds.

Get the Information You Need
If you have questions about matching funds, please visit your employer's website, contact your employer, or contact the PTSA Matching Funds Coordinators.

A Little Extra Effort Makes a Big Difference

We greatly appreciate the thousands of hours contributed to ICS by the parents, the funds contributed to PTSA by the parents, and the matching funds paid to the PTSA by employers.
